Over charged me by $100, wouldnt refund, offered store credit. Fought to get money back. Didnt deliver flowers on valentines day as requested, I had to pick up myself. Still charged me for delivery and bouquet with vase that I requested even though I picked up myself and she (owner) wrapped up with paper. Horrible service, not honest.
